Additional professional training includes certified Grief & Loss, Intensive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) level I training and( EMDR) addictions training which provided a new perspective and methodology helping people heal from all types of trauma. Trauma is a wide umbrella: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, addictions, and relationship issues are just some of the disorders rooted within.
