With emphasis I strive to create a warm and safe place through acceptance, authenticity and support. It’s evident through my caring and understanding presence.

Now in private practice I work with individuals along with couples preparing for marriage in various areas of focus. I draw from a wealth of resources and use a number of different counseling modalities, tailored to each individual or pre-marital couple’s needs.

Additional professional training includes certified Grief & Loss, Intensive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) level I training and( EMDR) addictions training which provided a new perspective and methodology helping people heal from all types of trauma. Trauma is a wide umbrella: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, addictions, and relationship issues are just some of the disorders rooted within.
